Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission is the Author's original work and has not been previously published before in its current or a substantially similar form.
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- References are in Oxford Author-Date style. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is double-spaced; uses 11-point arial font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
